Job Description

Accenture is hiring another Custom Software Engineer in Pune to design, build, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications. You'll work with modern development frameworks and agile practices, contributing across both front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications. This is a full-stack Java role suited to engineers with a few years of hands-on development experience looking to grow into an SME track.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving
Support and mentor junior team members on best practices

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Strong understanding of back-end development and database integration
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools
Bachelor's degree / 15 years full-time education
