Job Description

Accenture is hiring a Custom Software Engineer in Pune to design, build, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications. You'll work with modern development frameworks and agile practices, contributing across both front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications. This is a full-stack Java role suited to engineers with a few years of hands-on development experience looking to grow into an SME track.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving
Support and mentor junior team members on best practices

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Strong understanding of back-end development and database integration
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools
Bachelor's degree / 15 years full-time education
