Job Description

Accenture is hiring a Custom Software Engineering Lead in Gurugram to own the technical direction and architecture of a client's custom software platform. The role combines hands-on Java/Spring Boot/AWS engineering with technical leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end delivery across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

Own technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
Establish and enforce CI/CD and development best practices across the team
Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional delivery

Requirements

7.5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud (AWS) development
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and build/deployment tooling
Experience with workflow tools such as JIRA
Strong background in microservices architecture and performance tuning
