Applied Materials is hiring a Software Engineer - SDET in Chennai to design, prototype, develop, and debug software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices, ensuring quality and functionality, and to develop test procedures and documentation.
Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and develop software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices with limited complexity
Develop software documentation and test procedures
Troubleshoot software problems of limited difficulty
Communicate with internal customers to understand project requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, software/system engineering, cybersecurity, or mathematics
