Job Description

Accenture is hiring a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual) - Team Lead/Consultant level - in Bengaluru. The role focuses on ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements and user stories, designing test cases, and collaborating with delivery teams on reliable, user-ready releases. Required skill: Adenza ControllerView.

Responsibilities

Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform
Own team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality
Mentor junior team members on testing skills and project requirements
Design comprehensive manual test cases and identify defects effectively
Document test results clearly and communicate issues to cross-functional teams

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience, with proficiency in Adenza ControllerView
Strong analytical skills to design manual test cases and identify defects
Experience documenting test results and communicating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA best practices
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing complex software
15 years full-time education required
