Job Description

Oracle is hiring a Software Developer 3 in Bengaluru to help build the Oracle AI Database Private Agent Factory, a no-code platform for creating secure, enterprise-grade multi-agent AI workflows. You'll design agent templates and orchestration components used across Oracle's product and program management tools.

Responsibilities

Define and develop software for multi-agent workflow templates and orchestration nodes
Build ready-to-wire agent templates for tasks like requirement triage, roadmap synthesis, and capacity planning
Provide technical leadership to other software developers
Design and implement changes to existing software architecture as requirements evolve

Requirements

0 to 2+ years of relevant experience
Background in software design, development, debugging, or testing
Familiarity with AI agent orchestration concepts
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to peers
