Job Description
Icertis is hiring a Software Engineer, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE) in Pune (Hybrid) to join its Cloud Operations team, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and operational processes to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot applications in a cloud-based environment, working extensively with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong troubleshooting skills
Execute CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system efficiency
Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and ensure compliance with security best practices
Work in project-designated shifts and rotational on-call/incident response
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong troubleshooting skills

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in software engineering
Windows Server administration: services, logs, certificates, deployment troubleshooting
Azure resource management, deployment support, upgrades, troubleshooting
IIS: website and app pool management, SSL bindings, deployment and rollback support
AKS: containerized deployments, pod/service troubleshooting
Ability to analyze application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs
GitHub: repo management, branch handling, deployment artifacts, CI/CD collaboration
