Job Description
Qualys is hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack Java Developer) with 0-3 years of experience in Pune, working with React.js on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the back end.
Responsibilities
Develop software with React.js (front-end) and Java (back-end)
Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
Apply object-oriented design, prototyping, development, testing and profiling
Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively

Requirements
0-3 years of hands-on software development experience with React.js and Java
Strong understanding of Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including AI Agents, OpenAI/LLM technologies and ML fundamentals
Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
Familiarity with in-memory caching (Redis, Memcached); relational databases (preferably Oracle) incl. SQL optimization; NoSQL exposure (preferably Cassandra)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and related CI/CD tools
Desired: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
