Job Description
Concentrix is hiring an Associate Java Full Stack Developer (0-3 years; B.E / B.Tech / MCA) in Hyderabad. The role suits someone early in their career, eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects under close mentorship from senior team members and AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain UI components using Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
Build REST APIs and backend logic using Java/Spring Boot under supervision
Write unit tests for assigned modules; fix bugs and implement minor enhancements
Participate in code reviews (primarily as a reviewee); follow coding standards, design patterns and Git workflows
Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) for day-to-day coding, tests and debugging, under review
Attend stand-ups and sprint planning

Requirements
Core Java, OOP concepts, basic Spring/Spring Boot (Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, JPA)
Angular fundamentals (components, services, routing, RxJS basics), JavaScript and TypeScript
Good knowledge of HTML & CSS; SQL basics, REST API concepts; Git fundamentals
Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI coding tool and ability to validate AI-generated code
Nice to have: Kafka/RabbitMQ, SonarQube/PMD/Checkstyle, design patterns and SOLID, CI/CD pipelines
Qualification: B.E | B.Tech | MCA
