Job Description
Tekion is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Backend at its Bangalore HQ to design and build scalable backend systems and distributed microservices for its cloud-native automotive retail platform. The role involves owning services end-to-end and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend systems and distributed microservices
Own services end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Lead architecture discussions, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of backend software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and object-oriented design
Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures
Experience with AWS, Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, and ELK Stack
