Job Description
Regal Rexnord is hiring an early-career IT professional to join its Enterprise Applications team in Hyderabad, supporting the Esker platform across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Document Automation. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Learn and develop expertise in Esker solutions for AP, AR, Order Management, and Document Automation
Participate in application support, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation
Support day-to-day operations of the Esker platform and related integrations
Work with Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and IT teams on business requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, Finance, or related field
0-5 years of experience in application support, ERP systems, or related IT roles
Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, integrations, or cloud applications preferred but not required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
