Job Description
onsemi is hiring an Algorithm Design Engineer in Bengaluru to develop image processing algorithms that fit defined constraints related to technology, power, and area, including newly developed solutions based on physical background modeling or data-mining approaches.
Responsibilities
Develop algorithms for image processing that fit defined technology, power, and area constraints
Generate solutions based on physical background modeling or data-mining approaches, as well as research of published solutions
Validate developed algorithms using regressions and comparison-based methods, building a regression image database
Perform calibration and tuning for testing and validating newly developed algorithms
Prepare tools for calibration and tuning of newly developed algorithms

Requirements
B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or higher
Advanced level of computer skills and good programming skills
