Job Description
Cisco's Global Lab Solutions team is hiring an AI Operations Engineering Technical Leader in Bangalore to manage lifecycle systems like Splunk across engineering labs worldwide. The role covers observability, AI-driven insights, and enterprise data integration to improve reliability and efficiency of global lab operations.
Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage Life Cycle Management systems including Splunk across engineering labs
Design and optimize dashboards, integrate diverse data feeds, and use AI to analyze alerting data
Work with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business objectives
Drive performance improvements and support reliability of lab infrastructure

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, IT, or related field
8-10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangGraph, RAG, LangChain) and Oracle/SQL data integration
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira
8-10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
