Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is hiring a Java Python Full Stack Developer across Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad (hybrid, 2 days/week from office). The role combines Java and Python backend development, Angular or React frontend development, and Generative AI - including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered chatbots.

Responsibilities

Convert business requirements into technical solutions across frontend, backend, and AI components
Build backend services using Java and/or Python
Develop frontend interfaces using Angular or React
Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and integrate LLMs into applications
Develop AI-powered chatbots with prompt engineering

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in Java development; immediate joiners only
Hands-on experience with Java and/or Python backend application development
Strong experience with Angular or React
Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications, RAG solutions, and prompt engineering
Good understanding of databases and data handling
